Andrea Bourrie is a registered professional planner and member of the Canadian Institute of Planners (CIP) and Ontario Professional Planners Institute (OPPI). Principal Planner
Andrea Bourrie, MCIP, RPP, has a refreshing style as a community planner and facilitator. Andrea works with municipalities and community organizations interested in articulating visions for the future and the strategic activities needed to achieve them. She has conducted hundreds of community consultation sessions and strategic workshops and never tires of engaging people in matters that substantially affect their lives. Andrea's background in municipal and land use planning is a valuable asset when translating community input into tangible municipal policy, urban design and community development plans.

Facilitation
It takes special training and deep understanding of group dynamics to successfully facilitate meetings and workshops. Our facilitation associates have extensive experience leading sessions of all types and sizes. Our unique approach ensures that everyone has a voice. Our facilitators have completed facilitation and adult training courses and continue to make group sessions look effortless.

Graphic Design
We guarantee that all input will be reflected in the final product. This promise draws heavily on the skills and creativity of the firm's graphic design associates. We strive to express community input in both text and graphic images. Our team's ability to capture the essence of community in our reports and strategic documents does not go unrecognized.

Community Relations
Our associates develop and implement comprehensive community relations strategies designed to get your message out in the community. We have extensive networks within municipalities throughout the communities in which we work. Trust our team to help you make contact with community leaders, agencies and government departments, the media, as well as the general public.

Web-based Consultation
The evolving world of internet technology demands highly-qualified, creative and flexible staff. Our web-based consultation associates develop project appropriate web sites and consultation techniques. Technology allows us to share information and obtain community input using emerging tools and techniques.

Administrative Support
Our professional administrative team provides seamless support to our professional staff and if necessary, to our clients as well. Typical support services include: mailing list creation and notice delivery, editing and report collation, meeting management, minute taking and distribution and general public participation file management.
